Stephen Sobal -

Co-Artistic Director

Stephen is an award winning theatre director, performer and teacher.
He studied acting at ALRA and clown, bouffon and physical comedy with Philippe Gaulier, Complicite's Jozef Houben, Aitor Basauri, John Wright and John Mowat.“Stephen Sobals Ringo is perfectly judged ”Time out (Critic’s Choice) – Fiona Mountford.

As a director his credits include Love Sick - All in (Best Comedy Award Brighton Fringe), Hysterical - Hoax (Peoples Choice Award at Vault Festival) and Father of Lies - Bête Noire Productions (Highly Commended Award at Vault Festival).

Sarah Crompton - Producer

Sarah studied Drama at Manchester University and began producing work during her time there. She is currently based in the East of England where she works as Producer at award-winning international theatre company, New International Encounter (NIE), Night Light Theatre Company (both Cambridge) and Flying Eye (Brighton).

Prior to this she worked with Hoipolloi Theatre (Cambridge) on their Hugh Hughes trilogy,

Thomas Love - Graphic Designer

Thomas is a full-stack developer, graphic designer and all round computer guy with experience in design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, UX), front
end web development (HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS), back end web development (Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and various other computer usefullness (SQL, Git, RHEL). He's worked freelance on web and design projects including branding, packaging and full-stack web development. When he's not doing cool things with
computers, Thomas is studying for a BsC in Biochemistry at Leeds although he's currently industrial placement from university working for computing giant IBM.
